History

Mohammed H.Souroor Sons & Co. Ltd. was founded in 1977 under CR No.2054000342 in Ras Tanura , Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and since then has been doing business with the Industrial leaders like Saudi Aramco, SABIC and to various national and international players operating inside the Kingdom . Over the years and also at present we have carried out various contracts with the above departments in the fields of Civil Construction, Mechanical Works, Electrical Works, Air Conditioning Systems, Transportation System, T & I Shutdowns, etc.

We are doing business with Saudi Aramco for their following departments

• NACAU ( Northern Area Contracting Unit ) in Ras Tanura & Berri Jubail
• Community Department in Ras Tanura & Dhahran
• Utility Department in Ras Tanura
• MSSD ( Mechanical Services Shops Department ) in Juaymah and Dhahran
• Transportation Department in Dhahran & Ras Tanura
• ABGSD ( Aramco Built Govt. Schools Department ) in Dhahran
• Aviation Department ( Ras Tanura & Dhahran )

Over the years and also at present we have carried out various contracts with the above departments in the fields of :

• Civil : Construction and Maintenance , Construction of Buildings, Building Renovation, Storm Water Drainage Construction, Steel Structure Installations, etc.
• Mechanical works : Installation of Lathe Machine and Boring Machines, Erection of Steel Structure, Pipeline Fabrication and Installation etc.
• Electrical Works : Cathode Protection Installation, Fire Alarm System Installations, Transformers Installations, Cable Trays Installation and Cable Pulling.
• Air Conditioning System Installations and Maintenance for Plants and Buildings
• Transportation Systems ( Providing Buses and Trailor )
• T & I Shutdowns : In Ras Tanura, Jubail Berri, Yanbu and Riyadh Refineries

From 1986, we have diversified our field of works to include Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Works, Catalyst Handling, Chemical Cleaning, Heat Exchanger Cleaning. Those works we have associated with the following major companies :

• HALLIBURTON : for chemical cleaning works in Ras Tanura offshore, Hawiyya Plants, for fabrication & painting works in Dammam workshops.
• ANABEEB : for shutdown and catalyst handling in plants in Saudi Aramco ( Tas Tanura, Jubail Berri, Riyadh, Yabnu), in Sabic plants ( Sadaf, Samad, PSRC, Kemya, Petrochemiya, Ibn Zahr, Ibn Sma etc ) and outside Kingdom plants ( in Bahrain , Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait ) and have stil on-going contracts with them.
• AYTB : for Mechanical & Fabrication works of pipelines installation in Ras Tanura refinery, Jubail Industrial plants ( Chevron, Hadeed etc ) and for T & I shutdowns in all the Sabic Plants.
• FAFCO : for their T & I works and in rectification of plants in Ras Tanura and still ongoing works.
• DODSAL : for their construction of Khuff condensation plant in RT refinery
• Saudi Bin Laden Group : for construction of Laboratory and Control Room Buildings in the refinery upgrade projects, RT Refinery
• SHINWHA : for construction of new plant in RT Refinery
• SOMAC : for pipeline installation in RT Refinery
• A1-HUGAYAT : for electrical works in RT Refinery and KFIA Airport construction and Jubail Plants
• DAELIM : for construction of Plant No:15 in RT Refinery
• SAMSUNG : for KFIA construction project

Above are some the experience of our Establishment in carrying out various works over the past 25 years till now. All the above projects we have worked to the full satisfaction of our clients.

We have manpower , about 200 of different nationalities : Indians, Philippinos, and SriLankans who are skilled in their trades and crafts; Engineers, Foreman, Welders, Heavy Equipment Operators, Fabricators, Heavy Drivers, Electricians, Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Fitters ( Structural & Piping ), Steel Fixers, Hydro Jetters, Catalyst Handlers, Chemical Cleaners, Skilled Helpers erc. They are efficient in skills and have been with our Establishment for 5-20 years andare able to carry out their designated works to the full satisfaction of the authorities.

We also have a variety of equipments ( Cranes, Loaders, Trailors, Dump Trucks, Backhoes, Forklifts, Boom Trucks, Buses, Welding Machines, Air Compressors, etc ) for performing all sorts of works and the operators certified by SA Govt. and Saudi Aramco for these equipments.

Our management and Supervision team includes Project Managers, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Safety Officers, QA-QC Engineers, Foremen ( with work permit certificates ) and they have performed and completed many turn-key projects for Saudi Aramco and Sabic Industries.
