Office

Mohammed H. Souroor Est. Office is situated in their own New Double Story Building on the Al-Tafi Road. The building is located on a corner of road intersection and provides a view of Ras Tanura Refinery. The management offices for the President and Vice-President are located on the first floor together with officers for the engineers, financial and administration section. Whereas the ground floor has reception and office of the Govt. Affairs officer.

All the Project Managements, Accounting, Invoicing, Materials handling are controlled from the main office together with manpower and equipment co-ordination.

Whereas the site engineers and foreman report to the management on daily basis at the end of the day for the daily Project reports and for work scheduling for next day.Any requirements at the site are reported to Main Office and are immediately taken care off.

Camp Facilities

There are four camps for the Establishment located in Rahima. The capacity of each camp is to house 75 workers, with spacious rooms, kitchen and hammams. All the camps are in Permanent Buildings ( 2 Storeyed ) owned by the Establishment. These camps are for the workers working in Ras Tanura, Juaymah. There is a separate camp ( with capacity for housing 60 workers ) in Dammam for accommodation of workers working in Halliburton Company. And there is a camp in Jubail City for the workers working in Jubail Industrail City.

All the camp facilities are well provided with Air Conditions , Refrigerators and Cooking facilities, Water heaters etc. And it is top priority of the Establishment to maintain good hygienic conditions in the camps with all utilities in good working order.

Yard and workshop

The Mohammed H. Souroor Est, yard is located in Rahima Industrial Area on the West Coast.This consists of shelters on 3 sides for parking the vehicles and equipments. The vehicle repair and maintenance workshop is located in one of these shelters with facilities for Oil changing , Engine overhauling etc.

The stores located in a hall having Steel Racks containing all the required mechanics Tools for repair, hand tools and machine tools required for the construction and maintenance works.

There is an office provided for the workshop in charge and his staff to maintain log sheets for movements and repairs & maintenance of all the vehicles.
